Job Description:
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, equipments, toolings and facilities
- Daily tooling setup in accordance with the Work Instruction.
- Carry out Preventive maintenance on production machines, equipments, toolings and facilities according to Preventive Maintenance schedule
- Carry out modification and improvement projects of production machines, equipments, toolings and Facilities
- Schedule and coordinate contractor works to ensure specifications / requirements are met in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Engineer and tooling suppliers on quality issues concerning the tooling based on production output.
- Assist superior in setting up of new equipment, modification, relocation of equipment and other related matters
- Assist superior in inventory control of spare parts
- Maintain and account for workshop tools and equipments and maintain cleanliness in maintenance room
- Any other task assigned by manager such as cost effectiveness, waste reduction, lean, site risk assessment.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 years’ related experience in Production environment
- Work independently and with initiative
- Support OT and weekend work is required
- Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill
