- Working Hour: 5 / 5.5 / 6 Days (Including weekend and public holiday); Retail Hour
- Location: Island Wide
Job Scope:
- Deliver exceptional and professional client service to customers at roadshow booths regarding unsecured loan facilities
- Tailor approach based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members and provide valuable insights, feedback, and suggestions to improve sales processes, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of customer applications, maximizing the bank's profitability and customer satisfaction
- Actively contribute to business growth by proactively acquiring new customers
