Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, door to door canvassing, road shows, site visits, etc.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients through various online and offline channels and provide comprehensive consultation to address clients’ enquiries.
- Develop strategic network from leads generated through marketing activities.
- Attend to walk-in customers in the show room.
- Foster strong and sustainable business relationships with new and/or existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide constructive feedbacks and innovative ideas to increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with Marketing Department on promotion activities.
- Work closely with Service Department on resolution of customers’ copier operational issues.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Preparation of proposals and quotation for submission to clients.
- Participate in tenders bidding and follow-up on successful tenders, whenever required.
- Monitor and follow-up on debt collection from clients to minimize credit risks.
- Assists in the set-up of exhibitions and product launches.
- Assists in the installation of printer and scanner drivers.
- Preparation of daily/ weekly and monthly sales report for submission to reporting superior.
- Report on weekly clients visit listing to reporting superior.
- Constantly upgrade of product knowledge and sales skills set.

Requirements:
- “N”/ "O"/ "A" Level, Diploma Holder.
- Working experience in direct sales activities for digital multi-functional copiers preferred. Otherwise, candidates from the service industry (hotel/airlines) or with direct sales experience will also be considered.
- Conduct sales calls, preparation of sales proposals, product demonstration and training to end-users.
- Good communication skills and strong drive to succeed.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
