Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in Application development, encompassing both Web and Mobile platforms.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in various programming languages, including mobile app development for Android and iOS.
- Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, development, test support, deployment, and production support.
- Generate and update comprehensive documentation to support development, including detailed specifications and designs.
- Collaborate with Technical Analysts/Architects to formulate high-level and detailed UI designs for applications.
- Address technical issues encountered by designers and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct unit and system testing of application code and oversee implementation activities.
- Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents in alignment with the company’s architecture standards.
- Lead or participate in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions.
- Develop basic and detailed program specifications.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, including with vendor partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, software, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of development experience, with a focus on leading application development and maintenance, preferably in the Travel/Retail sector.
- Familiarity with team-based agile environments; exposure to DevOps is advantageous.
- Experience in conducting current state vs. target state analysis, gap fitment, and scope management.
- Understanding and experience in enterprise solution implementation.
- Ability to manage IT work activities, processes, and progress to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Strong data management/modeling experience is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and learn new technologies.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capable of recommending, developing, planning, managing, implementing, and thoroughly documenting IT projects.
- Identify enhancements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets.
- Establish and maintain IT business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as various business units.
