Job Description
- Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies.
- Work closely with agencies to meet requirements.
- Hire and mentor teachers to facilitate collaborative approches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
- Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
- Collect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
- Keep adequate records of income and expenditures.
- Assist in overseeing and enhancing English Curriculum
- Support daily operations whenever needs arise
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a must
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching and management experience in a childcare / preschool
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Have be able to obtain and maintain at least 2 year ECDA licens3e
