YOUR ROLE:

An exciting opportunity awaits you to join a newly created team at PALO IT, where you will play a crucial role in driving strategy, research and impact. As Principal Consultant, your success will be measured by your ability to contribute to lead generation, nurture and qualify leads into prospects, and ultimately convert prospects into opportunities. You will be responsible for researching strategic topics, developing compelling insights, and turning them into actionable plans for our clients.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Driving Thought Leadership for strategic offerings

  • Develop a content pipeline and identify content topics to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  • Create thought leadership content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure that case studies showcase successful project deliveries and effectively convey their stories.
  • Extract impactful storytelling from past experiences to enhance marketing and sales efforts.
  • Accountable for facilitating lead generation events with support from marketing teams.
  • Conduct client workshops to nurture and qualify prospects, helping them progress into opportunities.

2) Proposal creation

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, the Chief Strategy and Impact Officer, the sales and marketing team to provide context-setting content related to industry trends, macro trends, and emerging technologies relevant to each proposal.
  • Create content outlining proposed solutions and methodologies, aligning them with strategic topics.

3) Strategic account planning

  • Work closely with the Managing Director, the Chief Strategy and Impact Officer, the sales and marketing team to contribute to the development of key account strategies.
  • Provide consulting support in creating key account plans to maximize sales potential.
  • Offer insights on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to key accounts.

4) Project delivery (1 to 2 days per week)

  • Kick-start strategic engagements with clients.
  • Act as an SME on specific client's engagement.
  • Bring research and strategic insights to existing clients’ engagements.
  • Foster strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders
  • Mentor Senior consultants on domain related strategic topics

WHO YOU ARE:

Must-Have:

  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can read, digest, and synthesize information from various sources to develop valuable client points of view. Make the abstract, concrete.
  • An action-oriented individual who takes a leading role in collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation, nurture leads, and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • A strong commercial acumen to identify value in the ambiguity and uncertainty of the current Tech and Business environments where all trends and tensions compete.
  • A strong problem solver who has ability to work alone and take ownership of projects and identify when to pull other resources to unlock roadblocks.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Should-Have:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience at a boutique strategy consulting firm or in a similar role.
  • Prior B2B sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating lead-generation events.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating client-facing workshops.
