Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement and support applications needed by the various service units of the organization.
- Assist in managing business requirements and project deliverables.
- Streamline processes and leverage technology and automation to achieve operational effectiveness and improve productivity.
- Be the key point of contact for application enhancements, implementations, and system support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Work closely with team, end users, and vendors to deliver IT application system enhancements and projects within budget, timeline, and quality.
- Keep abreast of relevant IT trends and technological development, evaluate new technology and solutions, assess for suitability, and make recommendations for potential adoption.
- Maintain system documentation, including policies and procedures, user manuals, and system configurations.
Requirements
- Recognized diploma / degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 3 years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experienced in implementing projects and interacting with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong in critical thinking and analytical skills
- A great team player and able to work well with other team members
- Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and IT teams
- Experience with healthcare information systems such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other clinical applications would be an advantage
