FATfreq empowers musicians technically and artistically through the design and innovation of In-Ear Monitors. FATfreq upholds a high standard of quality in manufacturing and customer service and emphasizes qualities like teamwork and discipline. This position reports to the Product Team Manager. Here, you would be able to immerse in our energetic and close-knit family while learning about the manufacturing operations and workflow in the production of an In-Ear Monitor and Product Quality Control.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Employee Orientation, logistics training and basic housekeeping
2. Computer-Aided Design and Reverse Engineering, Product simulations
3. Operation of Industrial High Precision 3D Printers and Scanners
4. Electro-Acoustic Assembly and Product Finishing
5. Quality Control and Fault Diagnosis and Analysis (Manufacturing Line)
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. To learn and execute 3D digital Modelling and 3D sketching using AutoCAD, SolidWorks
2. To gain competence in soldering and handling of small electrical components
3. Gain knowledge to operate 3D Printers and Scanners and Product post-processing
4. How to be a good team communicator
5. Develop an engineering mindset to diagnose and solve problems systematically in quality control and continuous improvement.
