As a Training Admin Assistant responsibilities, you are required:
• Produce and maintain Operations related documentation in support of Company Management Systems
• WebCAT administrator role
• Coordinate for Process Division Basic Operator Training (new technician onboarding)
• Generate and analyze monthly stewardship report for Process Division
• Maintain operations training records and Technician Training & Progression database
• Develop procedures, work instruction, guidelines, and Training manuals for application to all
• Provide reports on the work progress on monthly basis or whenever required
• Coordinate Process Division competency profile assessment
• Develop/ update Operations Procedure documentation in accordance with Company
• Policies & Procedures, Oil & Gas industry and applicable International standards
• Other duties as required by Operating Income business line
