Roles and Responsibilites (Admin Junior):
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage tasks, schedules, and priorities.
- Maintains a systematic approach to handling administrative duties and responsibilities
- Handle office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Cold calling clients
- Managing customer whenever there's any enquiries
- Create and update records and databases
Requirements:

- Min Local Diploma and Above
- 6 months Junior admin experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
