Roles and Responsibilites (Admin Junior):

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage tasks, schedules, and priorities.
  • Maintains a systematic approach to handling administrative duties and responsibilities
  • Handle office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Cold calling clients
  • Managing customer whenever there's any enquiries
  • Create and update records and databases

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as we are a team of young and energized team members!
  • Min Local Diploma and Above
  • 6 months Junior admin experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
