JOB FUNCTIONS
The Manager, Human Resource Management Systems implements and maintains processes and systems that support strategic HR projects for various HR functions. He/She evaluates the effectiveness of HR processes and systems, as well as liaises with various stakeholders to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements.
He/She leverages on technologies to improve HR processes and systems and is at ease working with information technologies to derive data analytics and communicate insights in a compelling manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct Feasibility Studies on HRMS technologies
- Identify the operational needs for HR systems and infrastructure capabilities.
- Establish business case for new system implementation by synthesizing organizational requirements to determine overall budget requirements for HR systems implementation.
- Establish processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
- Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for HR systems.
- Evaluate available HR systems and vendors to recommend suitable options.
- Determine system functionalities and customizations to be incorporated in HR systems.
2. Implement HRMS in NSHS & group of companies in Southeast Asia & India
- Determine implementation plans for HR systems.
- Lead implementation and roll out of HR systems to NSHS & group of companies in Southeast Asia and India.
- Train HR operations team members in the implementation of HR systems.
- Design feedback channels to gather inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes from the lines of business.
- Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives and user needs.
- Work with Information Security and Technology team members to monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend improvement to HR systems and processes.
- Manage the impact of change made to HR systems and processes with the various stakeholders.
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in an HRMS manager position.
- Practical experience with HRMS implementation and administration, including payroll systems.
- Practical experience in HR digitalisation/transformation, data analytical and reporting.
- IT system-savvy and exposure to use of HR systems such as Cornerstone or equivalent.
- Good communication, project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing diverse group of stakeholders in regional or global organization.
- Good working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines in SEA & India region.
