Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
· Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs.
· Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products.
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
· Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
Requirements:
