This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Understanding the technical aspects of the products or services offered by the company
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the technical aspects of the products.
3. Delivering sales presentations and closes sales in a professional manner
4. Setting sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the sales team
5. Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing technical issues or concerns that may arise after sales
6. Providing innovative solutions to address technical challenges and meet customer requirements
7. Establishing a feedback loop between customers and the technical team to continually improve products and services
8. Collaborating with different departments to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities
9. Providing training to sales representatives to enhance their understanding of technical aspects
10. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Using this information to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions
11. Generating sales report and performance report for upper management review
