In this role you will be primarily working on our global accounting system (Infor Sun System).
We are looking for someone who is accurate, has a high degree of data entry accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines. Administration or office-based experience may be an advantage, but it is not a requirement for the right candidate.

Your typical day at Inhabit could involve:
- Handling full sets of books, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- General Ledger, cashflow statement, monthly reconciliation, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Running reports from a project management software as required, training will be provided
- Collection of outstanding debtors, follow-up on remittance advice with clients as required
- Liaising with all offices within the group on the company project invoicing system and accounts related matters as required
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Keeping up to date with relevant industry accounting news and updates
Qualifications
The applicant should have the following qualifications and requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- Have a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of SUN Infor Accounting System would be an advantage
- Experience with Oracle is preferred
- Good knowledge in Singapore FRS, taxation and GST
- Able to handle project accounting
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills and high sensitivity in managing confidential reports
- A team player, with positive work attitude, good interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Able to multitask work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and perform under work pressure and deadline
- Detailed, results and action-oriented. Possess tenacity, resilience and is committed
- Intrinsically motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience with MNC / Shared Services / Matrix Organisation is a plus
