ATT Remit is currently seeking Remittance Officers to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 5-day work week. Applicants should be comfortable working weekends and public holidays.
He/She processes remittances using a computerized remittance system in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help and processing their transactions.
The Remittance Officer ensures that clients receive the highest possible standards of service at all times. Client queries are addressed and appropriate remittance services are recommended by the Remittance Officer to support the client's personal or business needs. He/She processes remittances using a computerized remittance system in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, the Remittance Officer assists in administrative tasks as assigned.
What you will do:
- Present the best image of the company as the first contact with a client or potential client
- Process remittances and ensure transactions comply with local and overseas regulations
- Promote the company’s services
- Attend to any queries from clients and potential clients
- Perform cashiering duties
- Handle the transactions and funds with the utmost care and honesty
- Answer calls and emails

What you must have:
- Minimum Tertiary-level education (O'level 3 passes/Diploma/Degree)
- Strong communication skills in English and 1 other language (Mandarin, Bahasa OR Malay) to be able to serve clients from the China, Indonesia and Malaysia
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
