Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage assigned customer portfolios, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
- Proactively Seek New Business Opportunities:
- Implement the sales plan by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Undertake a regional role, serving as the central point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate independently with the product team to develop proposals and solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Work independently with the product team to formulate proposals and innovative solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and product development processes.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in semiconductor equipment sales functions.
- Extensive Experience in Semiconductor Equipment Sales & Marketing
- Demonstrate exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Display a strong customer service orientation to enhance customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of machine vision processes and related knowledge will be added bonus.
