Support administration functions of the Parts Department ie paper work, data collection/input, etc for both operations and warehouse. Job scope entails raising of PO as well as documents preparation for outgoing to customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Raising and keying in PO into the DMS for all purchases required by the department.
2. Performing goods receiving/IC coding and generating binning lists according to locations and customers’ orders
Requirements
· Minimum NTC 2/NITEC in Automotive or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant
experience
