Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at store level
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate trade terms
- Support and resolve any trade issues & other day-to-day operations matters
- Plan, monitor and execute promotion calendar activities
- Provide support in areas related to promotions, product display and other related activities
- Responsible for timely submission / update on trade pricing
- Monitor all trade expenses and budget
- Manage a team of merchandisers
- Analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations
- Stay abreast with market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Perform other assign ad-hoc duties such as stock take, exchanges and returns
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum N or O Level
- 2 years' experience in FMCG industry, supermarkets, petrol kiosk marts and/ or 7-Eleven convenience stores
- Possess own vehicle
- Independent and passionate Team Leader
- Motivated to achieve sales target
- Able to multi-task
- Goal Oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
