Job Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
· Access customers’ needs and provide consultive advises to address their concern
· Provide assistance for customers with music lesson inquiries and the sale of musical instruments and accessories.
· Assist customer in order placing and purchases
· Perform cashiering duties, inventory management, daily opening and closing, and housekeeping
Job Requirements:
· At least 1 year of retail/sales working experience
· Customer service oriented & sales driven
· Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous
Other Information:
· Location: Chinatown
· Working hours: 5.5 days work week
· Salary up to $5000 - $6000
