Marketing and events specialist
reporting to: head of marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support all Sales & Marketing related projects and initiatives, not limited to events, recognition, in-house production and market localization with Asia Pacific.
- Materialize both still & motion artworks/ materials to support the sales & marketing activities of the company.
- Provide occasional support on illustration graphics/ videos by ensuring the conformity of our corporate identity.
- Liaises and coordinate with external vendors for the preparation of final output of printed materials.
- Manage the execution of various communication channels, namely e-newsletter, social media and telegram.
- Assist to maintain all our media platforms (including website and social) with accurate and updated graphic information.
- Provide support on all local and overseas events and recognition related duties to ensures all project timelines are met.
Job specs
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant marketing discipline preferred
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (dealing with Mandarin speaking customers and print)
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Proficient with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and PremierPro
- Knowledge with Microsoft office, especially Powerpoint and Excel preferred
- IT savvy, independent, excellent graphic skills and original
- Pleasant, out-going with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, have good time management and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Strong design acumen with experience working with a vast variety of project nature
