Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform land surveying works and measurement using a variety of specialist technical equipment
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and engineering team to ensure timely construction according to baseline programme
- Follow the plans to provide surveyor points and gridlines for the construction works
- Assist the site team to manage the field and design interfaces with engineers and supervisors
- Ensure works are executed according to contract specifications
- Manage and develop and less experienced co-workers
- Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
- Provide survey reports, maintain and store accurate notes, records as well as drawings
- Good record system on reliable and accurate notes, records and drawings
- Responsible for surveys/ plot/ survey data
- Maintain survey equipment and tools
- Liaise with clients/authorities on technical issues
- Detect discrepancies between construction drawings and site condition
Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):
- Possesses a certificate in levelling and setting out
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Must be familiar with land surveyor equipment and 3D visualisation
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Candidate with LTA MRT projects and tunnelling experience will be an advantage
