Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of the purchasing function in the Company

• Ensure purchasing activities are adhered with Company’s procedures and policies

• Manage supplier/vendor and evaluate their performance to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality

• Keep proper and updated purchasing documentation for audit purpose

• Develop approved vendor list

· Implement effective cost saving strategies on office purchase

· Manage office supplies to ensure daily operational needs.

· Administer purchases in accordance with company processes and policies.

· Perform sourcing administrative work in terms of enquiries, pricing comparison, review of quotations, quality, terms and conditions, specifications etc.

· Review suppliers/vendors’ performance according to organisational requirements

· Ensure invoices are processed promptly and sent to accounts for processing.

· Assist to facilitate and organizing office meetings, conferences, hotel and restaurant reservations, chauffer service arrangement and other administrative works.

· Provide guest reception duty such as greeting office visitors.

· Conduct online research, file documents, and maintain records to support various office functions and initiatives.

· Any other admin or ad hoc duty assigned.


Requirements:

· Pleasant demeanor and professional etiquette

· Great communicator, excellent customer service

· Good working attitude and meticulous

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance

· Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

· Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline

· Strong planning and interpersonal skills

· Candidates with 1-2years experience in procurement field would be preferred

· No experience are welcomed as well
