We are looking for dynamic, patient, enthusiastic, passionate, and committed ABA Therapist to work with children who have behavior difficulties, learning difficulties, and/or special needs.
Job Requirements:
- Conducts 1:1 and/or group ABA therapy sessions.
- Provide school shadowing when required.
- Conducts centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated (approved transportation will be reimbursed)
- Monitors, records, and updates program and behavior data
- Provides written communication logs and/or verbal feedback to caregivers.
- Maintain client binders.
- Applies ABA principles in work.
- Attending staff training and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, etc.)
- Entry level position.
- Ability to engage effectively and work well with children.
- Receptive to given feedback.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills communication with teammates, supervisors, clients and stakeholders; Bilingualism would be an advantage.
