- Responsible to provide support in the human resource department in foreign worker management.
- Handle end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appeal, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, etc.
- Work directly with and assist the hiring managers of different functions to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks regarding to foreign workers
- Track and maintain HR data of foreign workers, conduct weekly briefing for new foreign hires and administration of housing regulation checks.
- Speak with Agents on hiring requirements
- Drafting Simple LOA/ agreement for foreigners.
- Perform other adminisration duties as assigned
