Responsibilities
- Handling full sets of accounts.
- Assist in month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
- Execute day-to day accounting responsibilities, such as handling accounts payable, receivable including processing invoices, payment and refunds and recording journal entries.
- Assist in preparing of GST reports for quarterly submission
- Weekly bank balance reporting
- Support the annual audit process by furnishing necessary documentation.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Other ad-hoc accounting work as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Full sets accounts experience
- Able to work under independently
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin and English
