Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, income tax reporting, training and development, employee relation and performance management.
· Provide support in recruitment and selection process including arranging for interview and staff orientation.
· Liaise with government bodies CPF Board, MOH and MOM (Work permit, S-pass and Employment Pass application matters).
· Maintain all employee data and update of information changes.
· Administrative duties, data-entry and filing of documents.
· Assist in process documentation and system audits
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Familiar with Employment Act and HR related policies.
· Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Good interpersonal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin is a must)
