Overview: As a B2B Business Development and Sales Manager, specializing in the Pay-TV Operator, Consumer Electronics, and HVAC markets with a focus on the APAC region, particularly ASEAN and South Korea territories, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering key client relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of the specified industries, coupled with strong business development, sales, and account management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Telecommunications, Pay-TV Operator, Consumer Electronics, and HVAC markets in the APAC region, incumbent with experience in ASEAN and South Korea areas have priority considerations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within the specified markets.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies, employing a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
    • Work with Marketing and project team through the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
    • Utilize market insights to position products and services competitively.
