What do we do?
At Infosys Compaz(iCompaz), we focus on Digital Transformation for enterprises across industry vertical segments and services. We take clients on a rewarding journey of Digital Transformation, with strengths in AI, Data, User Experience, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Analytics, while also serving clients in their IT management in technology operations, infrastructure, and applications. We serve a comprehensive client network spanning multiple industries and are helping clients meet the challenges of the digital economy in financial services, retail, transportation and logistics, telecom, services, and resource sectors, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level helpdesk/onsite support to users and VIPs on Desktop/Notebook/Mobile/Peripherals/VC/AC, including software patch updates.
- Offer appropriate services (on-site, off-site, etc.) for all IMAC (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes) and Deskside Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals, ensuring delivery processing aligns with Service Level Agreements by location.
- Provide and/or oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments, and operational changes for all in-scope Equipment, Software, and related Services at designated Customer Sites.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs to support office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding, collaborating with all affected IT functions and/or 3rd party vendors to minimize operational interruptions or disturbances to customers.
- Standby and preparation for Video Conferencing and meeting room A/V.
- Assist in IT-related projects, activities, and events.
Qualifications:
- Education: ITE (Information Technology Essentials)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Technical Skills: General IT and mobile knowledge (mandatory)
