Responsibilities
- Coordination and preparation of all project artefacts through collecting, analysing, summarizing information and ensuring artefacts are delivered in accordance to the project delivery process and standards
- Assist in preparations of reports and dashboards (forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports) at group level
- Monitoring progress of projects and highlight to Group Head of potential issues
- Coordinating and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met
- Track and review project financials for completeness and accuracy prior to submission, and assist project managers in procurement activities, including liaising with vendors
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
- Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
- Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes plus supporting documentation for management meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in Project Management Office, banking environment and/or project management knowledge
- Meticulous, analytical and result oriented
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Well-versed with MS Power-point and MS Excel
- Familiarity with project portfolio management tool
- understand Project SDLC process
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Innovative and adaptable
- Willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
