The Management Trainee Programme is designed to provide the Accountancy fresh graduates with the opportunity to experience the different Practices within our Advisory group. The Trainee can be rotated between Governance and Risk, Restructuring and Recovery, and Deal Advisory. Each attachment has a duration of six months, with an option of 12 months or 18 months programme.
Please note that the commencement date for this programme is August 2024.
At the end of this Programme, Trainee will achieve the following competencies:
• A fully integrated and complementary skill set within the broader corporate financial services offering
• Ability to analyse large and complex datasets into meaningful insights and output
• Client management skills
• Display the required knowledge in the respective Practice
We are looking for people with the following:
• Recent Graduates with an Accountancy degree
• Accountancy undergraduates in the final year of study
• Good command of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibit Leadership Qualities
