Job Description
• Responsible for digital solution sales in the local financial industry (bank/insurance).
• Accountable for account planning and sales strategies.
• Hunt for new accounts and expand the client base in the financial industry.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.
• Develop required client relationships to build trust and gain deeper insights into client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships.
• Lead business development activities, respond to opportunities, prepare materials for client presentations and pitches, and participate in marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
• Understand client businesses and offer sound solutions/products that translate into profitable business development opportunities.
• Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmaps.
• Able to work in a tight compliance environment (e.g., accurate collection, sales recognition, profit and loss reporting).
• Negotiate MSAs, covering aspects such as termination, IP rights, liability, and data retention.
Job Requirements
• Minimum degree in Information Technology/Info-Communication/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in solution sales within the financial industry.
• Prior working experience with a global Solution Provider or in an end-user environment is advantageous.
• Sales experience in the Singapore/SEA market is preferred.
• Solid credentials in selling, bidding, and winning complex projects.
• Good customer contacts.
• Sound understanding of digital technology and solutions, passionate about the latest technology trends (such as FinTech/InsureTech).
• Experience in corporate presentation to C-suite clients or management level is an added advantage.
