With its world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking to further develop its capabilities across the region and are seeking an Operations Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
Your Future Role
- Assist building managers in overseeing day-to-day operations for the office building/towers.
- Attend to feedbacks, queries and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders including vendors and contractors to oversee defect rectification works and service delivery
- Oversee fitting-out works to ensure compliance with house rules, regulations and prescribed safety standards
- Ensure timely implementation and completion in renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses
- Raise PO and certify job completion / delivery undertaken by contractors / vendors
- Manage and update online systems including occupant portal, digital directory, access control and online PTW
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or any related field
- At least 2 years of assisting Building Managers for Office Towers in fit-out, handing over of units, raising PO, building inspection and working with contractors/vendors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
