Responsibilities:
- The Quantity Surveyors are reporting to the Managing Director / Manager.
- Ensure clear understanding of clients' needs through review of the Contract documents.
- Ensure confirmation of in-house capability and resolution of all differences.
- Preparation of EOT, progress claim, variation order and final accounts.
- Preparation of sub-contracts and assess / evaluate and recommend sub-contractors / suppliers for tender awards.
- Prepare contract documents for sub-contractors.
- Preparation of sub-contractors' payment and certification.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of progress, site reports and site material requisition.
- Other Ad-Hoc related duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in QS, BC, BS, CS or facilities management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in construction contract.
- Computer literacy (Blue Beam & MS Office).
- Good communication skills and independent.
