Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Administer resources for projects, including tracking resource availability and allocation, and assisting with resource planning.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling, including tracking and reporting project progress and SLA to stakeholders. This includes monitoring SLAs for incidents, problems, and changes, and ensuring they are met within the KPI.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and escalate them to project managers as needed.
- Monitor project member timelog, ensuring that the timelog is done timely and accurately
- Assist with project financial management, including tracking expenses, processing cost sheet, billing plan, and invoices, and preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Support project change management activities, including reviewing change requests and coordinating end-to-end processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Application Managed Services team, as needed.
