Job Highlights:
- Basic up to $7,000 per month + Commission + Performance bonus

- 5.5 day work week (Actual schedule to be allocated once employment is confirmed)

Saturday to Sunday 12pm to 6pm - Chinatown

Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by offering customized loan solutions that cater to both personal and corporate requirements.
- Discover and nurture new business prospects to broaden the client portfolio and boost revenue streams.
- Review loan applications, gauge creditworthiness, and assess risks while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the credit and underwriting teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan approvals.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's loan products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and establish new connections.
- Stay continually updated on market trends and shifts within the financial sector, adapting strategies and services accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management.
- Proven track record in loan sales, with a strong understanding of corporate loans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
