Chemical Processing Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Oversee and manage precious metal recovery operation and wet chemical operations, ensuring optimal performance of process operation.
2. Provide technical assistance and support technical manager and R&D team to develop precious metal recovery solutions and provide technical advice for sales department.
3. Identify and resolve technical issues. Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs, ensuring the optimum operation efficiency and reliability.
4. Assist in planning, coordinating and overseeing technical projects. Ensure the projects are completed on time within budget.
5. Manage budget and expenses related to technical operations, optimizing costs without compromising quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree; Engineering or Chemistry field preferred
2. 5 years and above working experience in precious metal recovery industry.
3. Expertise in chemical leaching process and PGM recycling operation.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Self-motivated and team player.

1. Salary: S$4,100 - $4,800 + Benefits
2. Working hours: 5 work week (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm)
3. Company Transport is provided.
