Metizoft is seeking for a dedicated team player to join our team in Singapore to fill the role of Accounts Executive. The duties and responsibilities include:
I. Accounts Receivables
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
- Prepare invoices according to terms of contracts; submit invoices to customers
- Maintains and update customer files, including name or address changes, and customers’ contacts
- Generate accounts receivable reports
- Reconcile accounts receivable on a bi-monthly basis
- Generate and send statements of accounts to customers on a monthly basis
- Follow up on past-due accounts and collections, identify overdue accounts and contact customer to request payment
- Reconcile revenue accounts each month.
- Update invoicing database
II. Accounts Payables
- Check/process suppliers’ invoices for approval
- Check/process staff expenses reimbursements for approval
- Check/update commission payable to agents
III. General Ledger
- Reconcile revenue with cost of sales
- Prepare/update accounting schedules
- Prepare/update monthly accounting reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- GCE A level / Diploma in Bookkeeping & Accounting or equivalent
At least two years of related experience.
