Client Service Executive ( CSE) – AMK ( 5 Day)
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in client servicing in engineering sales
- possess a diploma preferable in the mechanical engineering field
- able to sell, up-sell and cross-sell
- possess a strong positive attitude towards selling and customer service
- good team working and communicating skills, both verbal and written
- analytical and good problem solving skills
- work with engineer specialists to jointly respond to clients’ enquriies
- coordinate sales activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide professional services by visiting current and new clients ( if needed) for consultative selling, cross- selling or up-selling the company’s products and services
- assist in generating and qualifying new leads to arrange appointments to meet potential clients in person, to do an introduction or sales presentation
- thnk citically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings which will ultimately benefit the clients
- to service company’s existing customers and calling them up plus a visit to check on their needs
- This is a sales role, but more of a farming then hunter role.
- BASic salary : S$ 3500 – S$ 4300
