· Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
· Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
· Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
· Carry out site measurement
· Evaluation and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payments
· Other quantity surveying related duties
· Manage Pre-Tender to post contract stages.
· Responsible for contract documentation.
· Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
· Attend meeting and assists Project Manager in contract matters.
· Preparation of monthly progress claim to client and submit claim for variation works.
· Closing of final account for projects.
· Liaise and establish support with Clients, Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Developers and Contractors on certificate of claims for payments.
· Process sub-contract progress claim.
