Metizoft is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive/Assistant to join our dedicated team, who can make an impact towards a “Greener” future in the maritime and shipping industry. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Executive Role and Responsibility
· Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
· Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
· Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documentation.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
· Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Admin Executive/Assistant or in a similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Having a diploma in in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
