Chief Financial Officer

Aris Primepartners Asset Management Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that align with our vision, mission, and values
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to the management, board, and investors
  • Analyze financial data and performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and strategic planning
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure, and ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Oversee tax, audit, and compliance matters, and ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and funding sources, and conduct due diligence and valuation for potential deals
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, customers, and other parties
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance and risks of our existing and new products, services, and markets
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and explore new ways to improve our financial efficiency and competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years in a senior financial management role
  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Familiarity with local and international financial laws and regulations, and experience in dealing with tax, audit, and compliance issues
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Passionate about video games and the gaming industry
