Job Description:
Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study:
o Recruitment process (i.e., selection, scheduling, enrollment and onboarding of new participants)
o Daily study administrative processes
o Engagement of participants and supporting the Cohort Management team in dealing with participants complaints and queries.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Outram Park MRT Station
Salary: $13/H
Contract Duration: 1 March 2024 to 30 August 2024
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Has relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and running research studies/large scale programme management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
