Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create sales quotations and proposals, negotiate, and follow up for wins.
- Manage business quotations and track them in a quotes register.
- Generate and qualify sales leads, handing them over to the Business Development team.
- Liaise with ocean carriers and airlines for competitive buying costs, supporting product procurement.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and collaborate with salespersons to regain support.
- Coordinate with product teams for the best market rates.
- Advocate for process compliance, including CRM Data Quality.
- Analyze and report on weekly/monthly sales data.
- Be a super-user for BD-related systems.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on sales initiatives with leadership and stakeholders.
- Train new BD personnel in Sales and CRM processes.
- Support Sales Team in tenders/RFQs/bids.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
