Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support
- Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
- Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
- Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
- Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Planning, Business Mgt, Supply Chain.
- 3 – 4 years of Customer service working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry, Manufacturing
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Able to work in a deadline driven environment
