Qualifications & experience

  • O level
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented and results-focused
  • 5.25 days work week (Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays upon confirmation)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Attend to sales enquiries through phone and emails
  • Prepare quotations promptly and is consistent with sales follow ups
  • Post sales follow up to ensure operational processes is completed accordingly
  • Job-related admin duties
  • Monthly sales reports of prospecting, new sales orders received
  • Attend to walk-in enquires
  • Any other duties assigned by superior
