- Responds positively to infants and toddlers’ needs, responses and cues
- Provides routine care such as bathing, feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing and napping
- Familiar with the steps and procedures in carrying out the routine care
- Facilitates children’s exploratory behavior, thinking and learning
- Plans and adapts activities to individual child’s needs
- Supervises infants and toddlers at all times
- Ensures that the environment is safe and healthy
- Observes, reflects, evaluates and documents children’s learning, development and progress
- Performs any other tasks assigned by the principal
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive and good team player
