Job Summary
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising operations staff.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist in managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of resources to meet operational objectives.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold service quality.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager in developing and executing operational strategies.
- Contribute insights for continuous improvement and organisational growth.
- Foster effective communication within the operations team and with other departments.
- Assist in addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
