FotoHub provides a range of services from traditional photo printing & processing, large format printing, mass digitisation of images & records to online printing & digital asset management solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, guide, and inspire a team of dedicated employees in providing unparalleled customer service, maintaining store aesthetics, and executing product promotions.
· To ensure monthly sales target is met
· Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
· Customer service oriented.
· You shall support the daily operations of our concept store which specialises in Foto related products, ideas, and services such as photo printing, digital imaging & conversion, self-help kiosks, gifts & souvenirs and e-commerce business
· Must be able to operate ‘Noritus GreenLab” printing machine.
· Possess good knowledge in digital imaging and PhotoShop editing software.
· Able to handle camera and lightings with good skill in taking ID photography
· Perform product merchandising, cashiering function & general housekeeping
Requirements
· Min. GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
· Min. 3 years of experience in related field
· 6 days including weekends and public holidays and able to work OT
· Able to work under stress and is customer’ centric
· Must be computer literate
· Location : Serangoon Central, Tampines Central
· Basic + Overtime + Allowances + Incentives
· Training provided
