Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless delivery of HR services to support business objectives
- Oversee the entire cycle of recruitment, selection, performance management, and off-boarding processes
- Review HR workflows and processes periodically to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Participate in routine annual HR activities, such as Performance Appraisal, Salary Review, and Variable Bonus exercises, as well as handle ad hoc salary reviews or promotions
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, staff benefits, and other relevant topics
- Develop and execute a retention strategy to retain team members for effective client service
- Proactively identify operational gaps and implement strategic changes to foster excellence in processes
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR expertise, with a background in HR generalist/business partnering and talent management.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business setting
