Responsibilities:
- Build and grow current strands of resort-style wellness activities which include mindfulness arts, music, inter-generation bonding and therapy through work to provide naturalized therapy to PWD, PMCIs and caregivers in the Lodge as well as in the community
- Co-design and facilitate rich resort-style activities virtually and in person
- Empower PWD and PMCI to contribute and be resource
- Adopt evidence-based approaches to measure impacts on PWD, PMCI and their caregivers
- Plan and manage resources for sustainability
The Candidate:
- At least a good basic degree in either Psychology, Gerontology, Special Needs, Social Service or linguistic related field
- Creative with deep interest in mindfulness, music, arts, dance and movements
- Relevant experience in elderly care, mental health or special needs will be an advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years leading teams, possessing keen minds and enjoy pathfinding work
- Resilient, dynamic, creative, organized, resourceful and a strong team player
- Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and able to work systemically across teams
